Provided structural engineering design services for a 150,000 square foot, four-story office building. The building was also designed with a partial basement and limited underground parking.

The building structure was a post-tensioned flat plate concrete structure. Limited portions of the roof and floor framing were completed with structural steel. The project was awarded a platinum LEED certification, the first such building in Minnesota. Sustainable design features related to structural engineering in the building included a floor plan arranged to maximize day lighting, the substitution of a minimum of 40% fly ash for Portland cement in the concrete, raised access flooring for underfloor air distribution, photovoltaic panels on the roof, and an on-site wind turbine.
