Erik brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his position as BIM Manager. He joined the BKBM in 2008 and has been guiding the office's team of designers ever since in roles such as Senior Structural Designer, Development Leader, and Associate. As BIM Manager, he prioritizes continuous process improvement and optimization while being responsible for maintaining and updating the company's BIM and 3D production technology standards.
