Provided structural engineering for renovation of a historically significant hotel and construction of an adjacent 26-story, mixed-use building, including housing, hotel, and commercial spaces, plus five-levels of underground parking. Construction also included a skyway.

Stonebridge Lofts is a 12-story luxury condominium complex in a prime location in the historic Mill District in downtown Minneapolis.

Portland Tower is a 0.75-acre site located at the corner of 8th Street and Portland Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. BKBM provided both civil and structural engineering design services for the project.
