For the past four years, BKBM has participated in the Discover Engineering (previously Engineering Explorer Post) through the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC/MN). On December 3, high school age students with an interest in engineering came to BKBM to build and bust bridges out of K’nex pieces. Five BKBM EIT’s gave a presentation to the students on structural engineering followed by the hands-on activity.
