BKBM's Ricky Kirchner Receives Emerging Leader Award

Congratulations to our very own Ricky Kirchner for being awarded this year's ACEC/MN Emerging Leader Award!

This award was created to recognize an ACEC member still in the early stages of their career who have already contributed significantly to the association.

Ricky was a past winner of the Bob Rosene scholarship through ACEC and has been paying it forward to the association and profession ever since. He serves on several committees, is co-chair of the Workforce Development Committee, spearheads ACEC's outreach efforts to 10 local middle and high schools for Engineer's Week, and leads presentations to high school students through the Engineering Explorer Post.

Ricky is a true go-getter and is very passionate about the profession.  He always finds ways to help those around him both at work and at ACEC. Ricky has a Bachelor's degree in Physics from St. John's University and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Structural Enigneering part-time at the University of Minnesota.

Congratulations to Ricky on this well-deserved award!
