Elk River High School Tennis Courts, Minnesota

The project includes the installation of a 12-court tennis stadium north of VandenBerge Middle School and the rehabilitation of the existing tennis courts south of Salk Middle School in the Elk River School District.  The tennis stadium includes a 30-foot wide plaza/viewing area between the courts.  Stormwater management for the new courts was accomplished via a proposed infiltration basin west of the stadium area. 

As part of the Salk Middle School tennis court rehabilitation, one of the existing tennis courts was revised to become a paved basketball court.  A concrete wall was also installed west of the courts to use as a backboard for tennis practice.
