The project consisted of two new buildings on the site. One building was a one-story 96,000 square foot Goodwill store/warehouse building. The second building was a 142,000 square foot office/warehouse. Both buildings utilized Fabcon wall panels with roof framing comprised of steel beams/columns/open web joists/metal deck supported on conventional spread/strip footings and an empirically designed non-structural slab on grade.
The civil design included on-site wetland mitigation, stormwater management, grading and drainage, FEMA flood plain modifications, utilities and site layout.
