The project was approximately 1.75 acres. This allowed for the installation of 145 new parking stalls. The project also included stormwater management to satisfy the City of Arden Hills and Rice Creek Watershed District rules. This was accomplished by the construction of a filtration pond with a pretreatment sediment basin on the south side of the new lot.
