This is a two-story elementary school focusing on Grades K-2. The north half of the building is two stories.

Typical construction is precast plank on CMU walls and steel beams for the floors.  Steel beam sizes were adjusted and coordinated to allow mechanical to efficiently run their ducts in the joist space.  The roof consists of steel bar joists bearing on steel beams and CMU walls.
 
The cafeteria and gym have precast concrete walls and long span trusses.  There is a small stage between the cafeteria and gym that can be used from either side.
