The project consisted of the historic restoration and adaptive reuse of two existing buildings to apartments with a new adjacent two story below grade post tensioned parking ramp structure.

The first floor incorporated mixed-use spaces.  The 34,000 square feet 700 building with 21 units consists of 4-story heavy timber construction with load bearing masonry exterior walls.  The 62,000 square feet 708 building with 59 units consists of 7-story cast-in-place concrete beam and slab construction with exterior brick façade.  The new 56,000 square feet below grade post tensioned concrete parking ramp with two support levels and one level on grade was constructed next to the existing buildings and was designed for a future 4-story wood addition above.  BKBM assisted with design of the exterior façade restoration and design of a new 3,000 square foot roof top steel framed deck and amenity space.
