The senior housing complex features independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. The structural system was precast at main floor capping a partial below parking area/basement, and conventional wood framing at the upper floors and roof. Site components included a paved exterior drive and parking area, site retaining walls, above and below grade stormwater management devices, and below grade utilities.
