The complex features independent living, assisted living, memory care services, and a lower parking level under a portion of the building for 80 parking spaces. Other amenities include fitness studios, a salon, several club and party rooms, dining areas, and an indoor pool.
The structural system for the residential building consisted of slab on grade for parking, CMU foundation walls, precast concrete at the main level, and wood framing for the upper floors and sloped roof. The structural system for the pool building consisted of masonry bearing walls with a precast plank roof.
