Provided structural engineering services for Phases I and II of the two-building corporate campus located at the northeast corner of Interstate 394 and County Road 73/Hopkins Crossroad. Each phase included an office building, a parking ramp, and a skyway connecting the building and ramp.

Phase I was an eight level, 260,000 square foot office building with a 525 stall parking ramp. Phase II was a nine level, 290,000 square foot office building with a 647 stall parking ramp. The parking structures consist of a slab on grade (Phase I) and bituminous pavement on grade (Phase II) and one supported level of precast double tees, beams, and columns. The building structures consist of composite steel beam framing with steel columns and steel braced frames.
