The project strategically placed offices on the top floors to provide tenants with 360-degree views of downtown Minneapolis and the lakes. A 20,000 square foot exterior plaza at the main building entrance features contemporary art and links to both the Midtown Greenway and the Hennepin Transit Station. The parking garage exits via a below-grade tunnel on the east side of the site.
