The project included the evaluation and restoration of the four–story brick stone and brick masonry building envelope. The building is listed on the National Historic Register.

BKBM performed a condition assessment of the exterior façade leading to preparation of restoration construction drawings. Restoration work included façade tuckpointing, removal and replacement of distressed brick, crack repair, repair of stone, replacement of metal roof caps, installation of metal parapet caps, and application of a penetrating sealer to exposed limestone façade.
