The cast-in-place concrete multi-level parking facility increased existing parking demand for up to 1,000 stalls total. The existing site contained loose lenses of soil which required the structure to be supported by a deep foundation system using steel piles, pile caps and grade beams. BKBM also assisted in the exterior façade design that consists of an aluminum bar grating connected to aluminum pipes and galvanized embed plates.
