The project involved the complete redevelopment of the building exterior site plaza and the creation of a 4,500 square foot glass enclosed 3 story high lobby space expansion.

The site plaza work included complete removal of landscaping and the paver system and waterproofing the below grade structure prior to installation of the new features. BKBM was structural engineer for the design of the structural system for the grand stairs to the skyway level, the support system for the exterior structural glass wall panels, strengthening of the existing structure, and review of the existing plaza structure for support of the new landscaping features.
