The project consisted of a single level with mezzanine showroom and auto shop facility containing approximatley 35,000 square feet. The auto shop included a car wash, detailing, alignment, and lift bays, all of which required atypical slab detailing. Due to poor site soils, the slab on grade is supported by aggregate piers and steel piles and grade beams were utilized for the building foundations.
