The structural framing consisted of concrete foundation walls, a non-structural concrete slab on grade, steel beams and columns, a combination of steel braced frames and moment frames for lateral resistance, open web steel bar joist roof framing, and steel roof deck. Perimeter walls were non-load bearing light-gauge metal studs with supplemental structural steel framing.
