The Moline

The six-story Moline offers luxury urban living in a small-town setting near a future Southwest Light Rail Transit station.

One distinguishing feature of The Moline is a large footprint devoted to common areas where residents can entertain guests. The building has 35,000 square feet spread into several areas. Two entertainment suites on the sixth floor open onto a deck. On the second floor the clubhouse offers a space for relaxation and play; a video sports simulator system and a fitness room.

Outside, the park-like patio offers a full-size pool, a grilling area, a fire pit, a bar, a spa and a putting green.

Other amenities include a heated garage with 255 spaces, bike storage, a car wash, a pet spa and storage lockers. The building also has a public parking garage.  The building has two levels of enclosed parking below the podium level. The main plaza level also includes a tractor museum to showcase the locale history of the Minneapolis Moline tractor company.  The six-story wood structure houses 241 luxury apartments.
