Amenities at the facility include a restaurant, salon, spa, and fitness rooms. The structural system consists of a slab on grade, CMU foundation walls, one level of precast at the main level, and four levels of conventional wood framing spanning exterior walls to corridor walls with a flat wood roof. Some design challenges BKBM was able to solve included supporting several upper level walls for both gravity and lateral loads that did not stack with the amenity spaces in the first floor, providing a two-story open space for the main lobby, and detailing a section of exterior precast concrete to be used for a sidewalk over a portion of the drive lane that accessed the underground parking garage.
